The story between men and their hair is always quite complicated. It is difficult to find a good hairdresser, but also the products adapted to our hair, and the care that will make it both more beautiful and stronger. However, taking care of your hair on a daily basis is essential to have a neat appearance and, above all, confidence in your potential for seduction.
And for that, many times you will have to review everything you think you know about hair care. Believe me, almost 80% of men don’t know how to wash their hair (or at least how to do it right). And very few are those who buy quality products that will really allow you to have healthy and shiny hair.
Little hint: these are not the ones you can find on the shelves of your supermarket.
In this article I give you all my advice to take care of your hair on a daily basis and avoid mistakes that can cost you dearly in the future.
Taking care of your hair starts with washing it well. And for that, there are three aspects to take care of.
- The water temperature : if you don’t want to damage your hair, the temperature is very important. It is preferable that it be warm, even cold (although it will not always be easy, especially in winter). Indeed, your hair is very fragile, and cold water helps to tighten its scales and make them stronger and more resistant.
- capillary massage : for the shampoo to penetrate, it is important that you massage your scalp well. Preferably describe delicate and circular movements, using only the tips of your fingers. This will allow you to relax the nerve endings in your skull, stimulate blood circulation and restore stronger hair.
- the rinse : once your hair is clean, there’s no question of skipping the rinse. This is the only way to remove all shampoo residue, but also pollution, gel residue, etc. The better you rinse your hair, the shinier and stronger it will be. If you take a bath, make sure you use clean water, not the one you’ve been marinating for half an hour.
Taking care of your hair also means using the right products. In fact, not all shampoos will be suitable for your hair type or scalp.
Preferably choose a product that targets the effect you want to achieve: either a little more shine if your hair is naturally dull, or volume if it tends to be too flat. This is even more important if you have quite fine and sensitive hair, because in this case you will have to opt for a mild shampoo.
And since a shampoo alone is not enough, remember to pack a good conditioner (apply at least once a week and for a full hour). This will allow you to take care of your hair in depth, and it will make a difference.
To disinfect your scalp, you can also use a scrub. It will help you get rid of impurities and dead skin, but also dandruff and excess sebum (especially if you have oily hair).
Don’t forget to moisturize your hair well afterwards, using a nourishing mask that you apply generously to the roots. Let it rest preferably for one or two hours, so that the effect is multiplied by ten.
Men’s #1 fear in terms of hair is, of course, baldness. It’s understandable: in fact, there is something sexier than a bald head or sparse hair.
However, at a certain age, this will be more or less inevitable. Lucky for you, there are solutions to maintain your hair. The first thing to do is to choose a range of anti-loss hair products (shampoos and conditioners), particularly from the Lucky Fine brand. They will not only allow you to stop the fall, but also promote the regrowth of your hair, and make it thicker and more robust. These vitamin-rich shampoos will also restore shine to your hair, nourishing it from within.
