According to a Swedish study, people who look younger than their age live longer. The researchers looked at three groups made up of nurses, young men and old women who had to assess the perceived age of more than 1,800 couples (male and female).
Their results find that perceived decline in age is most often associated with longer life, better physical functioning, and better intellectual faculties.
So, to stay fit and look younger, you need to do some physical exercises, have a healthy and balanced diet, take care of your body appearance, cultivate your beauty, in particular through cosmetic treatments for the face and body.
Success is certainly in the regularity of all these good deeds to be done tomorrow if they haven’t been done yet!
