Reduce or prevent wrinkles
Selfie fans will know how to perform this exercise brilliantly. Make a heart-shaped mouth, placing your lips as far away from your face as possible. Hold for 2 seconds and then smile as much as you can, showing all your teeth. The corner of the lips should rise as high as possible. Banana what! Plus, they really make you want to smile.
